Our take

Zoho Bookings is one of the cheapest paid tools we list, priced per staff member on Basic and Premium, and it has a free plan for one staff member with one event type. It connects to Zoho CRM and Zoho One, Google and Outlook calendars, Zoom, Stripe and PayPal.

Zoho runs UK and EU data centers, which can help with data-location questions for UK and European businesses.

It's at its best if you already use Zoho. On its own it's less polished than Calendly or Acuity, and it has relatively few reviews on Capterra.
