Disclosure: how we make money

Short version: We may earn a commission if you sign up through our links, at no extra cost to you. Rankings are never paid for.

Affiliate links

Links to vendors go through addresses on this site that start with /go/. Some of those may become affiliate links: if you sign up after clicking one, the vendor may pay us a commission. It never costs you more. Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page code, as search engines ask.

As of November 2, 2026, we have no affiliate agreements in place. All vendor links go straight to the vendor’s own website. When an agreement starts, we’ll list it here.

Rankings are never paid for

• The order of every list follows the criteria stated on that page.
• Commission rates are never a ranking factor. Tools that pay nothing, such as Calendly, are ranked on the same basis as tools that do.
• Prices, features and verdicts are the same whether or not a link earns us money.

Paid listings for vendors

Vendors can pay for two things, always clearly labelled:

• Verified listing ($39 one-off, 12 months): the vendor confirms its details and adds its own short description. The tag reads 'Details confirmed by vendor (paid)'. It shows that a vendor confirmed its details, not that we recommend it. Verified lasts 12 months. After that the vendor can renew it at the same price, or the tag comes off and the listing stays as a free listing. Featured includes verification for as long as it's active.
• Featured listing ($69 a month): a highlighted slot labelled 'Featured (paid)' at the top of the comparison table. Featured slots are never part of our ranked lists.
