Calendly review: pricing, features and who it suits
Our verdict The default choice for booking meetings, with the widest integration list here. It's less suited to service businesses that need packages, intake forms or a point of sale, and per-seat pricing adds up for teams.

Our take
Calendly is the best-known meeting scheduler, and its strengths are the ones that matter for booking calls: it connects to Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars, adds Zoom, Teams or Meet links automatically, and pushes bookings into Salesforce or HubSpot. Routing forms let a team send each visitor to the right person, which is why sales and recruiting teams use it.
The free plan is genuinely usable for one person with one type of meeting, but it's limited to a single event type. Most people who rely on it end up on Standard, priced per seat, and teams on the Teams plan. The newer Standard Plus and Teams Plus plans add Calendly's Notetaker and Callie AI features.
Where Calendly is weaker is the service-business side: it isn't built around packages, memberships, gift cards or in-person payments the way Acuity, SimplyBook.me or Square Appointments are. If your customers book appointments rather than meetings, compare those first.
