Our take

HubSpot's meeting scheduler is free and logs every booking to HubSpot CRM, so sales teams can see who booked what without copying anything. It connects to Google and Outlook calendars and Zoom.

Round robin, where meetings are shared across a team, comes with paid plans; Sales Hub Starter is priced per seat. If you don't use HubSpot CRM, a standalone tool will usually be simpler.
